1. Sourcing & Raw Material Selection
Our process begins in the heart of Egypt's most fertile lands, Al Sharkia. We collaborate closely with a network of trusted local farmers who share our commitment to quality.
We select only the best raw peanuts, ensuring they are harvested at peak maturity. This careful selection is the foundation of our premium product, guaranteeing superior taste, size, and nutritional value. All raw materials undergo initial inspection upon arrival at our facility.
2. State-of-the-Art Processing
Upon acceptance, the peanuts enter our modern processing facility. The peanuts undergo drying, thorough cleaning, and electronic sorting by size and color to remove any foreign materials or imperfections.
For our blanched products, we use a precise blanching process to gently remove the skin without damaging the kernel, resulting in a clean, high-quality product ready for manufacturing or roasting.
3. Quality Control & Export Packaging
Quality control is a continuous process at Egypt Nuts. Our team conducts multi-stage inspections, including meticulous checks for aflatoxin levels and other contaminants, ensuring full compliance with strict international food safety standards.
Once approved, products are packaged according to customer specifications in durable, food-grade jute or PP bags. We ensure every container is loaded securely and efficiently, ready for global sea freight and reliable delivery to your port.
